Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026
Jorjar is a personal assistant service run by JORJAR LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what we store when you use jorjarlabs.com and how you stay in control of it.
What we store
- Your account. Your email address, the name you give your assistant, and when you created and last used the account.
- Sign-in. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we store the identifier and email address they give us so we can recognise you next time. We ask them only for your identity, not your mail, calendar or files.
- Sessions and codes. A session record so you stay signed in, and a short-lived hashed sign-in code when you use email sign-in.
- Your assistant's memory. Anything your assistant learns from your conversations is kept in a store that belongs to your account alone and is never mixed with another user's.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to train models offered to other people.
- We do not read your mailbox or calendar unless you connect them later, and you can disconnect them at any time.
Who processes data for us
The service runs on Cloudflare, which stores account records in the European Union. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. When your assistant uses an AI model provider, the text needed to answer you is sent to that provider under terms that prohibit training on it.
Your control
You can export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account, which removes your account record, your sign-in identities, your sessions and your assistant's memory. Write to admin@jorjarlabs.com and we will act on it.
Google user data
Jorjar's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its limited use requirements. Sign in with Google gives us only your basic profile and email address.
